Actor Paul Sorvino who played Paulie Cicero in Martin Scorcese’s flick “Goodfellas” and Sgt. Phil Cerreta in the TV series “Law & Order” visited Federal Hill recently, starting with a reception in his honor at D’Vine on the Hill. D’Vine offers fabulous food with a flair. Great dessert pizzas.
