Enjoy dining Al Fresco at over 25 restaurants, dozens of mobile vendors and retailers all along Atwells Avenue. Listen to Live Entertainment at one of three stages. Sip, stroll, shop and dine as we celebrate the official start to Summer on Federal Hill.
Hours of operation: Friday, June 18th 5pm – 12am, Saturday, June 19th 11am – 12am, Sunday, June 20 11am – 10pm. Atwells Avenue will be closed from Bradford to Dean Street and Dean Street to Lily Street. Eight Valet parking lots are located throughout the side street parallel to Atwells Avenue as well as free street parking in these areas.

Al Fresco On The Hill
The Federal Hill Commerce Association is excited to announce the return of the very successful Al Fresco On The Hill. Beginning May 14th, we will be closing the Federal Hill section of Atwells Avenue for Al Fresco dining on Friday and Saturday evenings. The Avenue closure will occur in two sections; from Bradford Street to Dean Street and from Dean Street to Lily Street. Restaurants and Retailers located on Federal Hill will have the ability to extend their table seating or retail space onto the Avenue. Twenty-two restaurants will begin participating with either full seating options or take-out dining tables. More participants will be added in the coming weeks.
Al Fresco On The Hill is currently scheduled to take place for a period of 20 weeks. Atwells Avenue will begin closing to vehicle traffic at 3:30 pm each afternoon and reopen at 1 am. Dining will take place from 5 -11 pm reservations are suggested and may be made by contacting participating restaurants directly.
